Penalties
13 bansThe rules are the same the game had from the start. In short: what is not allowed and what follows.
Selling accounts and characters
Trading, selling or buying accounts or game characters. Spreading word of an intention to do so counts as the act itself — whatever the reason for spreading it.
Selling game items for things outside the game
Trading, selling or buying any game item, value or service, including game currency, outside the game or for things outside the game. Spreading word of such an intention counts as the act itself.
Using bots
Using or spreading programs, bots or any other means that stand in for the player's own actions.
Exploiting game bugs
Using any bugs of the game or the programs around it. Keeping quiet about a bug you found counts as using it — a find is to be reported, not used.
Offensive names
Using obscene, offensive, provocative words and symbols, or ones the game does not provide for, in the names and descriptions of characters and other game objects.
Offensive club names and descriptions
Using obscene, offensive, provocative words and symbols, or ones the game does not provide for, in club names and descriptions.
Disrespect towards players and the administration
Swearing, insults, threats of violence or reprisal. Advertising drugs, pornography and outside resources with such material. Stirring up hatred on grounds of race, nationality, religion, culture, ideology, sex, language or politics.
Deliberately getting in other players' way in ways the game does not provide for.
Passing yourself off as the administration
Creating character names, club names and other marks that suggest belonging to the administration. Presenting yourself to other players as a member of the staff.
Obstructing others' play and the administration's work
Deliberate acts that make access to the game harder or impossible for other players. Deliberate acts that keep the administration from doing its work.
Breaking into other people's accounts
Spreading or deliberately obtaining information that gives access to other people's accounts in the game or on the site, and using such information.
A player is responsible for keeping their own account safe and must take reasonable care that outsiders do not get into it. Game values lost in a break-in are not restored.
Altering or breaking into the game programs
Breaking, or trying to break, into the program side of the game; intercepting data going to and from the server. Altering, selling and spreading the game's material in whole or in part. Getting unauthorised access to the server and its data.
Using the game for unlawful ends
The administration is not answerable for what a player says or writes in the game, in the chat and on the site, or for the consequences of their words. Break the law and you answer for it yourself.
Breaking the law
Breaking local, national and international law.
The penalties listed are not the only possible ones. The administration may soften or harden them for repeat offences and in other circumstances.
